PintPrompt stores the following exclusively on your device and never transmits them to Hsgroups servers:

• Favorites (Hive database): Image ID, title, image URL, dimensions, tool name, category name, and prompt text of images you save.
• SharedPreferences flags: Selected language (AR/EN), theme (light/dark), onboarding completion status, privacy acceptance status, and prompt-copy counter.
• Image cache: Network images cached locally by cached_network_image for fast display.

You can clear all local data at any time via Settings → Clear Cache inside the app, or by clearing app data from Android System Settings.

4. Analytics Collected by Hsgroups

PintPrompt may send the following anonymous first-party events to the Hsgroups backend:

• App open / session heartbeat
• Home screen view
• Image detail view
• Prompt copy action
• In-app search query when the user chooses to search
• Native ad impression callback
• Rewarded ad impression callback

Each event includes a randomly-generated, hashed session identifier (created locally on your device) that is hashed server-side before storage. We do not associate these events with a named person, an email address, a raw IP address, or the Android Advertising ID.

Country-level aggregate data and approximate location signals may be processed for analytics, ad measurement, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Hsgroups does not intentionally store raw IP addresses.

5. Google AdMob & Consent (GDPR / EEA / UK)

PintPrompt uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display:

• Native Ads — injected in the home masonry feed every 10 images.
• Native Ads — shown in the image detail screen.
• Rewarded Ads — optionally shown when copying prompts according to the current ad settings managed from the administration panel. The prompt is always delivered even if an ad fails to load.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and process: device identifiers (including the Android Advertising ID where available and permitted), app information, approximate location (derived by Google), diagnostics, and ad interaction data.

Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): For users in these regions, PintPrompt implements Google's certified User Messaging Platform (UMP SDK / ConsentManager) before serving ads. Users will see a consent dialog and can choose their preferences. If consent is withheld, non-personalized ads may be served or ad behavior may be limited according to Google requirements.

Ad Choices: You can manage ad personalization through your device settings under Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization.

6. AI-Generated Content

All images and prompts displayed in PintPrompt are AI-generated or curated from AI-generation workflows (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo AI, etc.) and are managed by Hsgroups through the administration panel. Each detail page includes a clear AI-generated content notice.

PintPrompt is an inspiration and prompt-discovery application. Users are responsible for complying with the terms of service and safety guidelines of any third-party AI tool they use with copied prompts.

7. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell personal information. We do not share user profile data with advertisers. Limited data sharing occurs only with:

• Google AdMob / Google LLC — for ad serving as described in Section 5.
• Hosting infrastructure providers — for operating the backend server (API and website).
• Email service providers — only if you contact us by email (support processing).

Data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, subject to the safeguards of the relevant provider (e.g. Google's Standard Contractual Clauses for EEA data transfers).

8. Data Retention

• Local favorites & preferences: Remain on your device until you remove them or clear app data.
• Support emails: Retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, or legal purposes.
• Aggregated/hashed analytics: May be retained indefinitely to understand long-term app performance trends.
• Admin content (images, prompts, categories): Remain until Hsgroups edits or removes them from the administration panel.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards including:

• HTTPS (TLS) for all API and website communication.
• API authentication via a server-side validated App Secret Key (X-App-Secret header with timing-safe hash_equals() comparison).
• Rate limiting (60 requests/minute per IP) to prevent abuse.
• Access-controlled administration panel with bcrypt password hashing.
• No personal user data stored server-side (favorites and settings are local-only).

No transmission method over the internet is 100% secure. We minimize data collection to reduce risk.

10. Children's Privacy

PintPrompt is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA) and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app contains advertising served by Google AdMob; accordingly the app is not designated as "Designed for Families" under Google Play policies and is not intended for child audiences.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information to Hsgroups, please contact us at hamzabaalla820@gmail.com and we will promptly review and delete such information.

11. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you.

• Local data deletion: Remove favorites and clear cache inside the app (Settings screen) or via Android System Settings → Apps → PintPrompt → Clear Data.
• Ad preferences: Manage or reset your Android Advertising ID in Google Settings → Ads.
• AdMob consent: Where applicable, you can revisit your consent choices through the consent dialog in the app.
• Support data deletion: Email us at hamzabaalla820@gmail.com to request deletion of any support correspondence or analytics data associated with your device.

Because PintPrompt does not require an account, we cannot identify you by name from analytics data alone. Deletion requests for hashed/anonymous analytics will result in the purging of any data we can reasonably link to your request.

12. Google Play Developer Policy Compliance

This privacy policy is designed to comply with Google Play Developer Program Policies (2026), including:

• User Data Policy: We collect only data necessary for app functionality. All significant data practices are disclosed here and in the Google Play Data Safety form.
• Permissions Policy: PintPrompt requests only INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, and AD_ID (for AdMob). No sensitive permissions (Contacts, Location, Camera, Microphone, SMS) are requested.
• Advertising ID (AD_ID) Policy: The AD_ID permission is used solely by Google AdMob for ad serving and measurement. Hsgroups does not store or access the Advertising ID directly.
• Families Policy: PintPrompt is not in the Designed for Families program. The app targets a general audience aged 13 and older, including AI creators and enthusiasts.
• AdMob Policy: Ads are implemented using official Google Mobile Ads SDK with NativeAdFactory pattern. Native ads are clearly distinguishable from content. Rewarded ads are voluntary and do not gate primary app functionality.
• Privacy Policy Requirement: This policy is accessible in-app (via the Settings screen → Privacy Policy link) and at a permanent URL: https://pintpromt.deltarank.app/privacy.

Google Play Data Safety Declaration (summary): Data shared with third parties may include approximate location, diagnostic data, app interactions, and device or other identifiers for analytics, advertising or marketing, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Data collected by the app may include approximate location, diagnostic data, app interactions, in-app search history, and device or other identifiers. In-app search history is optional and used only for app functionality. Data not collected: personal information, financial information, health information, messages, photos or videos provided by users, audio files, files and documents, calendar data, and contacts. Data is not sold.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, advertising settings, analytics behavior, legal requirements, or Google Play policies change. The "Effective date" at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent update. The latest version is always available at https://pintpromt.deltarank.app/privacy.

Continued use of PintPrompt after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
